Mr. Nitin Indrakumar Aher, aged 43 years, is the Whole Time Director and founding Promoter of our Company. He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Software Technology. He was originally appointed on the Board on May 30, 2013, and further reappointed as Whole Time Director w.e.f. March 1, 2023, for a period of 5 years, not liable to retire by rotation. He is having experience of 20 years in the field of Electrical & Associated work. He has worked as a consultant & a CAD Electrical Engineer and Site/ Project Engineer. He is instrumental in promoting the overall strategy and growth of our Company and has been responsible for strategizing the management and expansion of the business. He believes that this the perfect time for growth of the company in this developing INDIA story.

Mr. Rupesh Kasavkar, Age: 43 Years
Mr. Rupesh Laxman Kasavkar aged 43 years is Chairman cum Managing Director and the founding Promoter of our Company. He was appointed on the Board on May 30, 2013, and further designated as the Chairman cum Managing Director of the Company on March 1, 2023, for a period of 5 years, not liable to retire by rotation. He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He is having experience of 20 years in this sector. He has in-depth experience of site execution and electrical maintenance work. He has been instrumental in taking major policy decisions of the Company. He plays a vital role in formulating business strategies and effective implementation of the same. He is responsible for the sustained growth of our Company and managing the overall business affairs of the Company. His experience and exposure help the Board to take appropriate strategic decisions in the current business era.

Mr. Pravin Chaudhari is a dedicated and accomplished professional, currently serving as the
Vice President at RULKA ELECTRICALS LTD. With an impressive tenure of 6 years with the
company, Mr. Chaudhari has consistently demonstrated his expertise and dedication in his role.

Mr. Milind Ramnath Dhumal, aged 45 years, is the Non-Executive and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical). He was appointed on the Board as Independent Director w.e.f. September 9, 2023.He has 18 experience of 18 years in the field of Sales and Marketing. With his vast Experience in the Electrical Field, he brings lots of insight for the company.

Mr. Sandeep Janu Sawant, aged 44 years, is Non-Executive and Independent Director of our Company. He was appointed on the Board as Independent Director w.e.f. September 9, 2023. He has a Bachelor of Commerce having experience of 20 Years in the field of Accounts and Finance. As the Independent Director of our Company, he is responsible for providing his expertise & input in relation to finance and ensuring that the board adheres to the required corporate governance requirements.

Ms. Nishi Jayantilal Jain aged 30 years is Non –Executive and Independent Director of our Company. She was appointed on the Board on June 22, 2023, as Independent Director. She is a company Secretary by qualification having experience of 9 Years in the field of Company Law matters. As an Independent Director of our Company, she is responsible for providing her expertise in Management and compliance related matters of our Company and also provides inputs in corporate governance matters.
